1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from DeshiTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not purchase or use our digital software license services.
2. Digital Product Licensing & Usage
All software product keys, digital subscriptions, and developer licenses sold on DeshiTech are intended for genuine personal or commercial installation according to vendor guidelines. License activation is subject to Microsoft, JetBrains, Adobe, Canva, and respective vendor End User License Agreements (EULA).
3. Automated Key Delivery & Warranties
Digital keys are assigned automatically upon payment verification. Every license is guaranteed to activate successfully. In the rare event of an activation fault, customers must contact support within 15 days for a replacement or resolution.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
